Strava is a great social platform to connect many runners physically or digitally and to allow to see how runners are training. As a matter of fact, it’s for runners, riders and swimmers. The more, the merriest.
It should be over 55 millions users worldwide, quite a huge numbers! You can keep in touch with your close network but you could also follow some champions or simply fellow runners all over the world. Very much like Facebook, it’s an ideal place to share / to learn / to engage about running <3.
It’s available for both iOS and Android, and most of the wearables are accepted. If you don’t have a connected watch, you can just run with your phone. All informations HERE.
An option you might like is about “Segments”. You can search for them, and then challenge the ranking or your own previous performance.

My training is mostly focused on 5k/10k, and most of you could be focus on much longer distance. You won’t see many two hours workouts but I am trying step by step to make longer my long easy run to be more comfortable with that.
