The day I ran 54 km… also the day my coach was not happy because maximum I was supposed to run was about 30 km.
I have not communicated a lot about it but I made it. And I enjoyed those 6 hours going around a 3 km loop drinking some Pocari every 20 min and a banana every hours.

I don’t trust so much the sensor of the watch bu 140 bpm does not look too shocking.
In conclusion very nice race but I still do not fully consider myself a marathoner.
